In 2016, the EU ATM Social Partners – ATCEUC, CANSO and ETF – issued the first version of the Toolbox for Successful Social Dialogue in air traffic management.
In 2020, the disruption caused by the COVID public health crisis revealed that the toolbox also needs to address crisis management.
The EU ATM social partners have therefore collaborated to produce this updated version of the toolbox.
