The overriding principle of the ETF-ATM Committee are:

• To progress the industrial relations agenda on behalf of trade union members working in Air Traffic Management and related bodies with the European Commission. Mandates and delegations will be determined by the ETF-ATM Committee.


• To represent the social, cultural, health and economic interests of ATM employees.


• To promote equal opportunity and elimination of discrimination based on gender, age, race, sexual orientation, religion and disability.


• To promote practical international and trans-national cooperation, support and joint action.
